Online pre-registration: 4 August - 18 August 2025
Please fill out the online registration form during this period.

Personal appointments: 25 August - 4 September 2025
After pre-registration, we’ll send you your exact appointment time by email. On this date, you need to come to the course institute in person.


Even after pre-registration, you can still register with the form below.

You'll receive an appointment for registration or placement by email within 48 hours.

Ready to register for a course at ZIB Training?

Just follow these simple steps to your German course:



1. Fill out the registration form.

Enter your details completely and correctly in the form below.


2. upload your university admission letter.

Without this document, we cannot enroll you in the course.


3. we review your documents.

You'll soon receive an email with feedback and an appointment for your placement.


4. come to ZIB Training.

You'll take the placement test on site and receive all course information. You'll find the VWU course office in Room 2.10, Buiding A (see campus map). 


5. pay for your course.

You can only pay in person at ZIB Training. We accept:

  • Visa / V PAY,
  • Mastercard
  • Bank card (maestro),
  •  Apple Pay, 
  • Google Pay or 
  • cash (no €500 notes). 

You'll receive your invoice by email after registration.


6. complete your university enrollment.

Enroll at your university using the confirmation from ZIB Training. Pay the ÖH fee (student union fee) and receive your Matrikelnummer (student ID number). Please email your student ID number to germanforvienna@zib.training.
