You pay when you take the placement test at ZIB Training. We accept VISA / V PAY, Mastercard, Bank card (maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash (no €500 notes).
Yes. You’ll receive your invoice and payment confirmation by email.
You’ll receive your course dates and times by email after the placement test (at the latest one week before the course starts).
No. From inside Austria you can leave out +43 (or 0043). Just dial 050 210 / 3340.
Yes. You can cancel up to 14 calendar days before the course starts without giving any reason.
Most likely, you don’t meet the requirements. We can only accept students who are admitted to a university in Vienna.
Your admission letter must include the note “Besuch eines VWU-Deutschkurses.”
If you also need to take other subjects (e.g. Mathematics), you cannot take a German course at ZIB Training, only directly at VWU.
