Information about online registration


You can register online during these periods:


  • Tuesday, 9 December 2025 - Friday, 19 December 2025 (until 12:00 noon).
  • Thursday, 22 January 2026 - Wednesday, 4 February 2026.


You will receive an invoice within 5 working days. Please pay this as soon as possible. You will only be permanently registered once payment has been received.


Cancellation information: If you pass the EPD in January or if you switch to the VWU due to your onset result, you can cancel your course place without any problems until 5 February 2026.

Do you want to register for a German course at ZIB Training? 

Here you can find all the steps - simply explained:



1. fill out the registration form.

Enter your data completely and correctly in the form below.


2. upload the Required documents.

Without these documents, we cannot register you for the course.


3. we check your documents.

You will receive an email with further information.


4. pay for your course.

You will get an email with payment instructions. Please transfer the course fee as soon as possible - you are only registered after payment.
