5 easy steps to your german course

1. admission

Apply for admission at one of these universities:



2. Registration

Mandatory online pre-registration for a German course at ZIB Training (04-18 August 2025)


You need:

  • Admission letter from the university
  • Passport or residence card


3. placement

Come to ZIB Training to register for your course and take the placement test – you will get the result immediately. You will also receive a course confirmation and an ÖGK confirmation.


You need:

  • Passport or ID card
  • Bank card for payment or cash


We'll send you an e-mail with:

  • Date and schedule of your German course 

4. student id

Get your student ID card from your university.


Du brauchst:

  • Course confirmation (e.g. from ZIB Training)
  • Proof of payment for the ÖH fee


5. german course

Attend your German course at ZIB Training.


  • Learn with highly qualified German trainers.
  • Information about textbooks and materials is given at the course location.

  • Lieblgasse 3, 1220 Wien
  • Gudrunstraße 11, 1100 Wien
    (access via Kempelengasse 1)
  • Location may change!
